Every Timeless piece is printed for you after you order. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order.

 If something is our fault, we fix it at no cost to you:
 - Your order arrives damaged
 - The print is wrong or misprinted
 - You received the wrong item or size

 Message us through our contact page (timelessellusions.com/pages/contact) with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement. You don't need to send the item back.
